I offer my clients 3 weekly coaching sessions per month that last between 45 minutes and an hour. Sessions occur via the phone saving my clients travel time and allowing them to meet in a place they feel is comfortable and private enough for them to share what they need to share with me. I also welcome emails and short phone calls for support between weekly calls. If a client feels that they would not benefit from phone sessions, I will consider in person sessions if at all feasible.
A Typical Session
My clients are asked to come to their sessions prepared by filling out a form where they list what they’ve accomplished since the last session, what they hope to accomplish before the next session, and what they would like to talk about during the session. A typical session may involve a review of what the client has accomplished since the last call, addressing obstacles, making plans for the upcoming week, brainstorming new ideas, creating clarity, or anything else the client would like to talk about. Clients leave their sessions feeling lighter, less overwhelmed, and empowered.
